It's not possible, partly because it's an illegal connection. See pages 11 and 12 of this PDF. It can stress the elements since the stud is being forced into a hole smaller than itself (and with a lower tolerance than a typical anti-stud).

In LDD, this can pose a problem because the way it was programmed makes it so (for instance) you can't attach a 1x3 plate to a Technic hole by the studs at all, even if there's only one stud attached to a Technic hole. Certain parts are programmed so that they can attach to Technic holes by a stud-- this mainly applies to 1x1 bricks and plates. But unless a part is programmed with this exception, then stud-to-Technic-hole connections are not possible.

In any event, the attachment you're trying to make is considered illegal so chances are it won't be allowed on LDD now or ever. There are workarounds, though-- for instance, using three 1x1 plates instead of a 1x3 plate-- and I encourage you to use them if they work for the model you're trying to create.

That's what I did at the end.

Just want to know if was my fault of LDD limitation. Thanks anyway.
