MOC: City Train Station

Hi there!

After like a year i finally made another moc: a city train station.

Nothing really special, but i always wanted to build a realistic train station so here it is. I'm quite happy with how it turned out.

Excellent work, mrts! Its very big and impressive, yet very detailed. I like the bit at the side, with all the bike racks, the bins and the fire exit. Well done, and thanks for sharing!

Well, "Nothing really special"? I think it's great – you got some subtle architectural details in this big building without making it too fancy.

I'm just wondering what your trains going from European cities to Tokyo and NY look like.

Lovely, beautiful, very elegant train station... I love the diamond cheese slope wall designs and the subtle but effective tan stripes along the length of the walls. Simply a magnificent creation mrts!

Great train station 'mrts' I have to agree with 'KielDaMan' on the checkered accents with those wedges, very nice. I see you have trains that run to New York, Tokyo, AND all over Europe

Wonderful MOC, I wish I had a train station like that. I'm always amazed by these highly original MOC's.

Usually all I do is to make small modifications to existing designs, e.g. see the picture in post #6 under "New Lego train fan(atic)". Even small modifications like that costs me a lot of time (change it, change it back, change it again, etc, two hours later and it still looks almost the same as what I started with).

Thanks for the replies! Glad you like it! This station has indeed some interesting destinations to choose from, haha. I couldnt find a better sticker, this one is from an airport legoset.

I resized the picture i put in my first post. I left the pictures in the folder the same size though, because i dont want to loose too much quality.
