Though I think custom minifigs like this belong to the MCW Subforum. And regarding posting images from flickr, this is how you do it: Right-click on the image >> Choose 'Medium 640' >> Right-click again on the image >> Choose 'Copy Image Location' >> Edit your post, click the Insert Image icon (), then paste the copied URL, then your image is deeplinked, like this one: Hope that helps!
