OctanTrucker Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 Here are a couple of things I have been working on. The plow trucks front end is based on the recent 7638 tow truck. The tractor is based somewhat on the tractor from the farm set. I managed to make friction cylinders fit to look like hydraulic rams. Thanks for looking. Comments and suggestions welcome as always. Fuzzylegobricks Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 Great Job! I like the hydraulic job there. Maybe try some SNOT? or some flat 1x2 bricks along the top of the plow trucks tipper. Quote
lightningtiger Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 Great work there 'OctanTrucker', front end loader is excellent, good job on the hydraulics too ! Yeah, some SNOT work might help the overall appearance of the plow truck....though plow trucks make me think of only one thing...... Brick On ! Quote
RoryoCox Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 Good designs and interpretation of some classic vehicles. The ploy itself looks good but the highlight is, for me, the truck. The back is basic but does the job really well and the level of detail is just right. Well Done and Thanks for Sharing Quote
OctanTrucker Posted March 20, 2011 Author Posted March 20, 2011 Now that you guys mention it, some tiles would look better. I'll have to see what I can find, or maybe hit up good ol bricklink. Thanks for the comments. Quote
