indoor light in basement for building

Just move all LEGO to basement.. so pretty dark. any suggestion for indoor light? need recess light?

What to think about fluor tubes?!

I'd avoid incandescent bulbs, because the yellowish light they give off makes it harder to distinguish between the old grey and new grey.

I agree with JopieK; I'd go with fluorescents.

Tubes or bulbs depend on what lighting you have set up in the basement. Fluorescents bulbs or tubes with a daylight color temperature >5000K should give truer colors. The soft white ones tend to give out a yellowish light.
