On his Brickshelf gallery, wewerkalouskalka/ Louskam presented his Lego Technic "...buggy powered by 2 buggy motors and RC components. It is 4x4, so it can ride in rough terrain. I was built for Lego Technic exhibition in Boskovice [Czech Republic]. And for fun." The

shows its speed:

He also posted his Lego Technic Jeep Wrangler Rubicon -- "Lego Technic RC 4x4 offroad. Driving: 4 PF XL motors, steering: 1 M motor. In cab it looks like a snake nest, because all XL motors are connected to one connector. And small decoration...steering wheel turns."

I compiled all 318 pages of wewerkalouskalka/ louskam's Lego Technic HALO Pelican photo-sequence Building Instructions JPG files that are on his Brickshelf gallery , and divided them into four 80-page (32-34 MB) PDF files. All the pages are numbered. You can get them from MegaUpload SkyDrive:

PDF Book 2: https://skydrive.live.com/redir.aspx?cid=5641cce2a1cc0886&resid=5641CCE2A1CC0886!196&parid=5641CCE2A1CC0886!194

The HALO Pelican Control Center is a wonderful example of Lego Technic. I don't believe Louskam has gotten the full recognition that his MOC deserves. As far as I can tell, he is not a member of Eurobricks (so far).
