Another excellent creation AL FREDDO! The tower and river are really very well built. Just curious though, did you intend to make the tan base literally plain like a desert surface?

yes Kieldaman ya know!! not as much as a desert, but as a castle set on a high and windy ground wich vegetation is low and much stepped on by peoples and animal just like it was back then.

we are used to see a lot of green around lego castles but back then dense vegetation around the walls was a dangerous thing ya know at least in Portugal ...

once again thank you!

Great Moc! I like the water mill the most, with the river as a close second. I do agree with the above comment that the desert seems a bit empty. May be you can spice that up a little? It need not necessarily be greenery. Could be cactuses, skeletons, dead trees, hills, rock pieces, another hut,... Anyway these are just some suggestions. Best, K.

Both of the structures are very well built, with great textures  , and I really like the shaping of the river with it's curve. But the flatness of most of the landscape detracts, I totally agree filling it with foliage would not work, but 1 plate changes in level would have made it more interesting and kept up the concept of a bleak desert environment (this would also help the river, as you have had to build the banks up to create it, having more landscape texture would allow the river to be cut into it with a subtle valley).

Nice MOC, the tower and the river and small building is nicely done. But i would still add something on the desert, it just looks boring. maby some rocks, some more landscapiing or tan bushe or dead tree or bisons skull would make it more intresting. And if possible, i would put some lighter colours in the river so at it would look more ralistic. Overall good job, but there is always some room for improvments.
