One week ago i sent a mail to the german TLC customer service to ask why the legs of Meca One were missing. Although they are shown on the packing but not in the instructions. Today i found an envelope

with these legs in my mailbox. I was surprised because i did not ask for it, but for the reason of this disagreement. I must thank them for their kindness. However the question remains because in their letter they called it just a pack up mistake... Maybe TLC should send this spare parts away to all retailers so people can fetch the parts by themselves. Many of the younger ones would welcome this surely.

Did you need to give a bar code or anything? Or did you not have to prove at all that you bought the set? I'd like some Mecha One legs :-$

I did not have to prove anything......Why should someone have wanted only the legs without the rest?

Somehow Lego interpretted my replacement parts (Gold Mecca1 legs and missing sticker sheet form Super Nova) as

1 brown robot leg.

Not overly impressed..... *n*

Well....maybe you can use it for a one-legged pirat.... |-/

From my LEGO Direct-Letter: Part # 4498543 BAD GUY LEG; GOLD / Stock pile 100-0259-05-06 / X 2

I hope that works for you.

And Lego interpretted my message asking for a pair of Meca One's legs with...

12 copper legs. I sent another message, making them notice about the error.

Strange things happens here. For me it seems like they are using some kind of automatic text

processing system to work on peoples inquiries.... and it works not very well.

But perhaps we can see here the success of Meca Ones evil plans.... the disturbance

of TLC
