Asuka Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 One week ago i sent a mail to the german TLC customer service to ask why the legs of Meca One were missing. Although they are shown on the packing but not in the instructions. Today i found an envelope with these legs in my mailbox. I was surprised because i did not ask for it, but for the reason of this disagreement. I must thank them for their kindness. However the question remains because in their letter they called it just a pack up mistake... Maybe TLC should send this spare parts away to all retailers so people can fetch the parts by themselves. Many of the younger ones would welcome this surely. Quote
Deinonychus Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 Yeah, LEGO is sending legs to anyone who asks as chronicled here: http://eurobricks.hosting.ipsyn.com/eurofo...?showtopic=5118 so you make TWO people who have gotten their Mecha-1 legs already! I personally haven't gotten my legs yet...but our mail service here sucks hard so I'm not worried Quote
hewkii9 Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 Wow, LEGO customer service is improving. Could we possibly see a few pics of Meca One up close? Quote
Kikuichimonji Posted June 20, 2006 Posted June 20, 2006 Did you need to give a bar code or anything? Or did you not have to prove at all that you bought the set? I'd like some Mecha One legs :-$ Quote

For me it seems like they are using some kind of automatic text processing system to work on peoples inquiries.... and it works not very well. But perhaps we can see here the success of Meca Ones evil plans.... the disturbance of TLC Quote
