I contacted them about 100 VIP points for a Product Return that was deducted from my account when I didn't return anything. I contacted them a month ago and a week ago I sent another email and finally got a reply last Wednesday. Of course I got my points back with an additional 100 for the error. So if you don't get a reply within five days send another one. Your matter should be a higher priority than a VIP point error since your money is being held until contact. I honestly haven't heard of something like this. Did they send you an email quoting the order's contents? Feel free to PM me if you wish. If you did purchase a large quantity of one item or an item on sale it's probably a lack of supply. Quote
