hey guys, iv recently made a few purchases from lego, and had no problems at all but recently i had one of my order status change to contact customer service, any idea what it could be?

It's probably an issue with your information or one of the items you bought is out of stock or on backorder.

I would contact them ASAP though instead of asking what it could be here. :wink:

They sometimes do take awhile. I contacted them about 100 VIP points for a Product Return that was deducted from my account when I didn't return anything. I contacted them a month ago and a week ago I sent another email and finally got a reply last Wednesday. Of course I got my points back with an additional 100 for the error. So if you don't get a reply within five days send another one. Your matter should be a higher priority than a VIP point error since your money is being held until contact.

I honestly haven't heard of something like this. Did they send you an email quoting the order's contents? Feel free to PM me if you wish. If you did purchase a large quantity of one item or an item on sale it's probably a lack of supply.
