Hi there. I'm pretty new to this forum so I guess I'll start with my first MOC I've built since a long time.

I introduce you the Pollen Loader; a vehicle used for harvesting and carrying pollen from giant flowers in planets discovered in the far future where humanity has given up fighting each other. These pollen are used for food and energy; and of course for pollinating other flowers.

Hello,

and welcome to these nice boards!

Unfortunately, both link and image do not work. There seems to be a "http" too much in your adress line.

This one works: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=455565

You might want to take a look at our fabulous tutorials index, where you can find much useful information. :classic:

Now back to your ship. It's a very functional and flexible design. The many greebly details make it a very authentic harvesting work machine. :classic:

Cheers,

~ Christopher

That's really an excellent creation Porsuk&Co! The unique overall shape and design, intricate greebling details, and the interesting idea behind the build are certainly most impressive. Great job and thanks for sharing this!

Clever idea. The general shape is good and the technical parts look realistic and functional.

Things you might improve upon or think about:

- Color scheme almost seems too much black. The green is a nice accent color, but maybe some grey would help break up the mass some. Old trick is to do the technical bits one color and the body another.

- I don't mind overlapping windscreens but the way it here is not as pretty. I think if either the top one was rotated back to front and moved back a bit the two flat ends would like up better or... if the bottom one was moved down and under some the overlap would not be as bad.

Quite original idea and backstory though.

Some homework for you is to look up LEGO "cockpit boxes" on Flikr and you can see some ways to structure cockpits, especially with that top windscreen. Lemme know if you can't find what I'm talking about.
