snefroe Posted June 18, 2006 Posted June 18, 2006 I didn't want to screw up the city contest topic by adding this BS find of a city, but this would be my winner! now, this really feels like a city! Quote
oo7 Posted June 18, 2006 Posted June 18, 2006 wow, thanks for this nice find! ;-) Aha! Ol' Nick's reindeer were taken the to the pound by the cops when he illegally parked them and went in to the ice-cream parlour and now he's tryng to hitch a ride! :-P Quote
kotua Posted June 18, 2006 Posted June 18, 2006 Its a cool city. There's alot of houses and buildings...and stuff...but it seems not many cars are there. Quote
takuto20 Posted June 23, 2006 Posted June 23, 2006 My favorite subject!!! I also was hesitant to mess with the contest tread (Since I have most of my lego boxed at my parent's house, I can't participate), but now that you started talking about great cities we have seen on the web, let me show you all-time favorite one: http://www.seankenney.com/portfolio/greenwich_village/ Isn't it amazing?! My favorite part is Starbucks, that guy is such a genius. He makes the kind of city sets I would like to see from lego (shops, restaurants...) I specially like the fact that he has a great city in such a small space (very vertical oriented). Quote
oo7 Posted June 23, 2006 Posted June 23, 2006 Here is his BS gallery with some more details of individual buildings, behind-the-scenes construction, and more (you will find this at the bottom of the page Snefroe1 has a link to if your unlazy (Methinks that's not a word) enough to scroll to bottom and observent enough to spot it. ;-) Quote
Hobbes Posted June 30, 2006 Posted June 30, 2006 I like that one :'-) (I'm a clickable picture) Quote
