Glow in the Dark Trans bar 4l lightsaber blade , are these in any official lego set and if so which one (s) ?. My son loves these , so the next question is where can i buy them from ?

Bricklink has a database that tells you these things. In fact, it's the only part of Bricklink I personally use, since I don't do much financial stuff (i.e. selling or buying) online.

In this case, Glow-in-the-Dark (294 Phosphorescent Green) 4L bars come in sets 7613 and 8150.

Also, in the future, if you can't find the part you're trying to identify in Bricklink's database, you can ask in this topic rather than creating a new one. It keeps new questions from clogging up this forum, and furthermore there's plenty of people who check that topic regularly to give answers to this sort of question.

Where to buy? Maybe Brick link has some, but I know that eBay has some. Type "Glow in the dark LEGO lightsaber" into the eBay search engine.

I just did and got 8 results. eBay is my favorite LEGO buying source. To date, i've yet to have any problems w/ LEGO products on the site.
