Alopex Posted February 18, 2011 Posted February 18, 2011 On the planet of Kya'amar street life is bustling. The Clown entertains the aliens on the street. In the club the newest music of "The Malicious Tentacles" is playing. What a party! An exclusive photo of the newest prototype sky-car! Available in two colours! Some more Photos... Hope you like it! fred67 Posted February 18, 2011 Posted February 18, 2011 Hope you like it! Glad to fulfill your hopes... this is REALLY nice, Alopex... the cars are really cool (I just saw the Futurama where Amy buys a new car and your MOC reminded me of it, although your cars are really different and creative... and great technique, too). I'm trying to see what you did there for the front of the building... built on an angle? Very nice... I also like the way you made the plants. This is really cool, it would be awesome to see pictures of a real one some day! Quote
user Posted February 18, 2011 Posted February 18, 2011 I like the design but it needs different colors, the gray and neon color scheme makes things like the car and stand look out of place. I think if you threw some black and solid colors or maybe even just a different shade of gray it'd look better, because the architecture itself looks really good. I also think maybe some greebles would help. But right now it just looks kinda bland. Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 Very nice LDD MOC Alopex! I simply love the futuristic design of the building, especially the double round tower tops, the good combination of the grey and trans-blue pieces, and the quite effective use of those curved sloped pieces for an overall smooth look. The hovercrafts are well-done too. Great job! Quote
The Undo Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 Nice. Your spacy architecture is beautifully done. The sky-cars are cool, and good use of ldd advantage over reality to make the car fly. Quote
Legostein Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 Hello! A really great building from the future! I like all the transparent elements! It would be great seeing this with real bricks because all transparent stuff will get a unique sparkling which makes the scene even more attractive. Cheers, ~ Christopher Quote
