Thunder-blade Posted February 14, 2011 Posted February 14, 2011 Finally built a hardsuit, not based on any design in particular. The goal was to make this hardsuit look battle-worn, like it was once a clean suit but after taking damaged it had to have some unorthodox repairs. Took about an hour or so. Quote
brickmack Posted February 14, 2011 Posted February 14, 2011 Nice. It might have looked a bit more battle damaged if you had used both old greys and bleys for it (maybe you did and I just can't tell from the pictures) to make it look dirty and old. Quote
Bricker Posted February 14, 2011 Posted February 14, 2011 (edited) HA HA THIS IS GREAT!!! The legs are a little thick for me but the rest makes me jealous of your great mech building pottentail is really great Edited February 14, 2011 by Bricker Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted February 15, 2011 Posted February 15, 2011 Very nicely done mech hardsuit Thunder-blade, I think the greebling details add to the worn-out effect, though I'd agree that dirtying it up a bit with more color variation will improve the desired battle-worn finish. Still good work on this one! Quote
Sirens-of-Titan Posted February 16, 2011 Posted February 16, 2011 Wow a very nice suit! The small details like the red robotic arm and the skull on the base give this incredible detail and give it a very war-hammer-esque look! I wonder what's got the soldier so worried! Great job! Quote
iamded Posted February 16, 2011 Posted February 16, 2011 A neat battle-suit you've made yourself, Thunder-blade! Lookin' good, I like the use of the buttoned panel on the back, and I really like it's weapon. Quote
