Cold weather constantly attacking, there are nearly 5% disadvantaged children living remote areas in Taiwan have not mattress and bed frame, only can sleep on the grounds with an old quilt in the cold winter. Besides, every 3 rural poor children has 1 person (31.1%) feels he/she wearing clothes is not enough warm. It goes without saying there is no water heater can be used. The winter continue attacking, but children's hands are more and more cold, really distressed endless ... Children in the impoverished and developing countries are locked in a vicious cycle at low levels of education, no access to health services, short of resource and living without hope.
