a Lego gun that i made with a little help from YouTube

the max length it can shoot is 22.5 feet

its 3 studs wide, 26 studs long and about twenty studs high

i am constantly modifying it and i plan to make a riffle thats more accurate and shoots farther

in the mean time ill post pics when i do a modifycation

Interesting  ..what do those rubber bands do? Are they used to propel/shoot the projectiles like a catapult? How about using compressed air to propel the projectiles...idk maybe, using PF motors feeding a compressor, and let go once the air is filled up. It works in the same principle as detonating gun powder inside a gun..sudden expansion of air forcing the projectiles out. For more accurate aiming, you simply can't use lego bricks as projectiles though..try airsoft BB pellets instead.

WOW, that really shows its accuracy and power, I didn't expect it to work that good  Just a silly thought...you know those small pen type laser pin pointers used for presentations etc, maybe strap it on on top of the gun, so you can really aim with accuracy now.

i have replaced the elastics that are arond the barrel of the gun with tape for better strength

u could probably recognize this in the third video and in the second picture

Thanks for the vid, it gives a clearer information about your gun! It's real nice to see a Technic MOC other than the usual automotive and construction equipment theme. Looking forward to see your rifle

I don 't like it, sorry.

I 'm more of a pacifist really ;) But that 's not the issue.

Technically it 's not that advanced and esthetically it 's not nice to look at. Can 't you use more of the same color?

The proportions are nice though. But I 've seen better things..
