Bricklink usually has a small, low-resolution picture of the FRONT of the Lego set boxes. Set your search to "Catalog Items", type in the Lego set number (like 8052), click on that number, and you will see thumbnail images of the set and box. Click on the thumbnail to see the larger image:

You can also do a search on Brickshelf, to find various gallery folders on the set. For 8052, here's what I found with little delay.

Hi DLuders

Many thanks  for the useful link to website. I had a look, found the set i'm looking for.

I can see that there are 2 different design on 8455 one a black and one a yellow. Why is that?

It because I had been looking on Ebay and I've been looking for 8455 . 5 time I've lost. I found 8455 with box and instruction, now at last I've won it. :classic:

I'm not sure what you mean; both alternates of the 8455 set are yellow with black accents:

They changed the Technic box art in the middle of that set's production period. The yellow boxes are from 2003 and the black ones are from 2004. Back then, the sets were in production longer than most modern sets are, 2 years or more.

The same thing can be seen with some City boxes around 1990, when they moved from the yellow Legoland boxes to the blue System ones.

Peeron shows the 8455 box with Ages "11-99" on it. It's a little bit different than the "11+ " printed on the boxes shown earlier in this post. I glanced at my copy of the "Lego Collector's Guide", and it shows Set 8455 being produced from 2003-2005.
