kevin1990 Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 Here is my Female Vampire. I want to thank Roaglaan again for everything :D Quote
Tanotrooper Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 Splendid looking minifigure! The colour combos and mix of classic and new parts looks wonderful. TT Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 Very well done custom female vampire kevin! That is a very effective combination of custom decals and Bellatrix's hairpiece. She really looks like a perfect companion for the vampire. Impressive work! Quote
Alopex Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 That figure is amazing! What is that torso? What theme is it from? Quote
kevin1990 Posted February 1, 2011 Author Posted February 1, 2011 (edited) That figure is amazing! What is that torso? What theme is it from? Torso Designed bu me and Custome Printed by CJB Graphics, so is the head Edit: Here is a link: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=422565 Edited February 1, 2011 by kevin1990 Quote
WhiteFang Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 Well done! I am very impressed with the final work. It looks just like an official female vampire altogether. Thanks for sharing! Quote
fred67 Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 It looks great, but it seems while most people are complaining about the "cinched" waste of female minifigures, the reason it works so well in your picture is because of the white background. Otherwise, in a MOC, I would imagine it would look odd. It's not that I don't like it or think the design is fantastic - it most definitely is! Quote
Matn Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 Wow, great job! It looks really like an official figure. The head design is very well done and the parts are well combined. That hairpiece works just perfect for a female vampire. Quote
Sandy Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 This fig is absolutely gorgeous, I must say! Loving the classic feeling to it, and it's nice you decided to pair her up with the Studios vampire instead of the Collectable Minifigs vampire - they match up much better. The Bellatrix hairpiece is definitely one of my favorites, and here it works perfectly. If only TLG would one day produce a female vampire... ...most people are complaining about the "cinched" waste of female minifigures... Waist, man. Waist. Quote
iamded Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 Brilliant custom figure you have here! Everything matches so well, and she looks great next to our vampire friend. Quote
sok117 Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 Thats a really awesome custom minifigure you made there, it looks so official that I feel as though I'm looking at a preview for a new theme in 2012 , really excellent job! Is that a wooden stake in the vampires pants? or is he just happy to see her? Quote
kevin1990 Posted February 3, 2011 Author Posted February 3, 2011 thanks guys for all the graet compliments :D Well it is my favorite figure right now, but I'll be making alot more of customs :) might even start a little company with custom figures. Quote
ED-209 Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 Torso Designed bu me and Custome Printed by CJB Graphics, so is the head Very nice work, and very much in keeping with the vintage look! But did I read that correctly; are the images printed directly onto the plastic? Quote
kevin1990 Posted February 5, 2011 Author Posted February 5, 2011 Very nice work, and very much in keeping with the vintage look! But did I read that correctly; are the images printed directly onto the plastic? Yep its feels and looks like offiial lego. and its very good for playing. CJB GRAPHICS uses the same lego colors as lego and also the same printer as lego. Unfortuanly he stoped with printer a few months ago. Quote
Izzy Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 She is just beautiful. I would love to see TLG make a female vampire anywhere near the caliber of this fig. They look so perfectly matched together. Really really lovely. I hope to see more from you very soon. And get your man printing again. I'd buy one of her for sure! Quote
