RubeusHagrid Posted January 31, 2011 Posted January 31, 2011 Hi I have recently bought 7635 4WD with Horse Box and 7286 Prisoner Transport. Both of these sets have had the sticker sheet tucked neatly inside the instruction booklet, which was folded in two but not through the sticker sheet. But the most surprising thing of all was that there two sticker sheets, 1 spare! Has anyone else encountered this? Hopefully it will gradually be moving across all sets! Matthew Quote
Aanchir Posted January 31, 2011 Posted January 31, 2011 I received an extra sticker sheet in a 5981 Raid VPR set my brother and I purchased last year. But I always figured that was an error. Not totally certain, though. Quote
Skull-Mark_Ladybug Posted January 31, 2011 Posted January 31, 2011 I think I also read somewhere that Lego is starting to plastic wrap instructions, so hopefully they'll be nice enough to also slip the stickers inside the manuals. As for the duplicate sticker sheets I think that might have been a packing error, but I would love to be wrong, as the extra stickers would be really handy for mocs. Quote

Currently all sets over 1,000 pieces have the instructions and stickers packed in a bag with a cardboard insert, but I haven't heard anything (or gotten) about double sheets. This, of course, depends on how old the stock is at the store you're buying from. Quote
CP5670 Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 I got an extra sticker sheet in my Space Police Central, which I just assumed was a fluke. The stickers in my recent sets were placed inside the instructions like you said. They do seem to be addressing the issues with crumpled stickers and instructions now, after many years of complaints. Now to address the issue with stickers! More printed bricks are needed! I haven't bought any newer large sets, but it's great that TLG are fixing the crumpled/ripped instruction problems. Quote
