MOC: Lord Volk and his Panther Personal Hover-Tank

Hi everybody, back with another MOC. Felt like trying something different this time. This is a 1:18 scale Lego space villain and hover-tank. So, without further ado, here's the scourge of space, Lord Volk, and his Panther Personal Hover-Tank.

This figure actually started with the hands, they're very posable and grip objects well:

I wrote up a little back-story to go along with this MOC:

Lord Volk is the evil dictator of the planet Caustica, a planet inhabited primarily by a race of robotically-enhanced bio-organisms. Over the years, they've upgraded so many times that most are far more robot than living being, and Volk is a prime example of that. The only living scrap left in him is his brain, and even that has been highly modified. He rose to power during the Robot Rebellion of Astrodate 9256. He now rules with an iron fist (literally); anyone who dares oppose him is obliterated, and he's begun the "Bio-purge", a campaign to eliminate all the "fleshlings". Recently, however, an unlikely hero from deep within Volk's own ranks has arisen with a makeshift army of his own, and he's prepared to fight to the death.

I hope to make the hero character soon.
