iElkie Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 Hello everyone... I'm Elke, I've been reading the forum like a maniac since I got out of my Dark Ages a few months ago. So I thought it was about time that I registered and said hello to you guys. :) I got back into Lego, partly thanks to the collectible minifigs and also because of the talented Lego photographers on Flickr. I've been trying to create some Lego shots as well, you can see them in my Flickr stream. Being a 27 year old girl, I guess I'm a bit of an oddity among the Lego AFOLs. Haha! But hey, I don't care, Lego is great fun and I look forward to spending time here on the forum with so many nice people and kindred souls. Catch you later! Quote

Trust me, Eurobricks is the best companion in this great journey. There are some very interesting photos in your photostream. Nice work. I get some strange looks from colleagues being a 26 year old man saying he is going home to "build something out of lego", but I do not care , I find it fun and I enjoy my hobby.
