They're both nice, but the edges are too... Hard. They're too straight to be an article of clothing actually being worn. If you're using MS paint, I'd suggest using the 'curved line' tool to make these lines not as perfectly straight.

Those are pretty good torso decal designs especially for your first one efullner. I like the details you've put in there, I'm sure you'll be able to improve those further following cralegoboy's suggestion. I could understand how it's difficult to achieve the smooth transition of lines using crude softwares such as MS Paint, so you might want to try more advanced programs like Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw.
