If your not familiar with that its from a cartoon called animaniacs and there was a smaller subset called pinky and the brain. Quote

Heh, we have been known to use Pinky and the Brain as a joint account name on some forums, but thought we'd register here separately to post our own MOCs as well as our combined work I am definitely the Brain and he is definitely Pinky (you will understand if you ever see pics of his hair!)
