Do you lubricate your Technic gear trains?

Silicon oil is great because it does not leave any residue after long periods of being applied.

I was thinking of using swiss navy silicone lubricant, dosen't anywhere say that it is 100 percent silicone, but says it is completely safe with all toys.

Waht does everyone else think?

I was either going to use swiss navy or the Losi certified r/c silicone shock oil.
