Wout Posted December 13, 2010 Posted December 13, 2010 (edited) I saw on Lowlug a great moc of Patrick Bosman and I thought it was a good idea to share it with you. I already sought if someone else posted it, but I couldn't find anything , so I post it here. Patrick Bosman is quite famous on lowlug for his great city diorama's Flickr link (link works not,so a link to his folder) Another Link (somehow the links don't work, but you can still search on his name. And I think I must need a lesson in Linking. Edited December 13, 2010 by Wout Quote

Capn Frank Posted December 13, 2010 Posted December 13, 2010 That is an odd anomaly Wout Wout's Flickr link Phred's Flickr link My link works and yours does not, and they both have the same URL. Phredit: I see what the difference is now. Wout's link has capital "O" in @NO4 portion of the url, and mine has the number zero. prateek, Capitalized letters should not make a difference in a URL. prateek Posted December 13, 2010 Posted December 13, 2010 That is an odd anomaly Wout Wout's Flickr link Phred's Flickr link My link works and yours does not, and they both have the same URL. They're not the same. The one that Wout posted has lower case no, while yours has capital NO. As for the MOC this is really nice. I want to see what Amsterdam would look like in the winter Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 That is a really a great MOC by Patrick Bosman, lots of winter scene details which are enjotable to look at. Thanks for sharing this Wout! Quote
buddy Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 This is a great scene, it is highly detailed and realistic. The little details make this MOC great. ~buddy~ Quote
MightySlickPancake Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 This is great and the first pic doesn't do it justice, The colser pics on flicker show the imense detail. Great job Patrick Bosman and thanks for bringing it to our attention Wout . Thanks, CB Quote

I find myself such a noob. @ Prateek: The real Amsterdam has more bikers who almost override you, taxi's who almost override you, Dog crap on the street, stoned tourists and annoying teenagers hanging out, But for the rest has it the same romantic feeling as this moc. simonwillems Posted December 15, 2010 Posted December 15, 2010 What a beatiful MOC! I pass the exact spot almost every day, and except for the Christmastree it is spot on. It reminds me to build some Amsterdam houses myself again. .... The real Amsterdam has more bikers who almost override you, That is true, and I am one of them! I don't know what you mean by 'almost' though: tourists especially are a bumpy ride Quote
