MOC: XL version 7937 Station

Hi there Legofans !!!

In this link you can find pictures of the station i built from two Trainstation sets 7937. Added a few parts and there it is!

Any suggestions ?? (Bought the second set for only Eur 29,-)

Is a very good station i want to do sometingh like that,but i tell one thing,is more real if in between the first and the second ladder you put 2 rail ,so in platform one you have rail one,in platform two you have rail two and three.i hope you understand what i mean.

Looking good 'LegoSjaak', I would use red tiles along that glass wall next to the station house.

Hi LightningTiger, i ran out of red tiles, but had some white tiles, so i tiled the glass wall and with a piece of white cheese, it now merges into the white tiling of the roof...Thanks for your comment, i saw immediately what you meant!!

Hi Gioppa, i understand what you try to explain me, but i cannot put two rails next to eachother, because then the station does not fit in my tracklayout anymore...now, i can just place the whole station on the gap in the layout....

But thanks anyway for your comment. When the station is replaced, i will take some pictures again.

Have a look at the pictures on Flickr or Brickshelf (link below) so you can maybe see why a double track is bringing me difficulties.....

I like it. Have you considered moving the station to the island and having two side platforms instead? I think it would look more balanced and it would give you some room to make the station accessible to traffic, simply by adding a back-side to the station (another ticket window or even just a back door).

Hello Cinderbike, the stations backside is situated against the town/road... so it is accessible already. Here is an older picture (before the expansion), where you can see the position of the station a little bit.. I will make newer pictures next wednesday !!!
