Magical Shrinking

So I built this to use some of my Harry Potter minifigures. For those of you who know about remodeling I tried to do a paneled wall. I'd love to know what you think of it! This is also my start for Harry Potter Month.

Harry: "Ron! They always tell you not to use magic over the holidays."

Ron: "Sorry!"

When I saw the title, I expected a vignette that used one or more of the microfigs from the Hogwarts game. Nice vignette anyway, of course.

Not sure whether or not I like the non-matching browns. They add variety, but the wall's not big enough for them to be distributed into a nice, even spread. Same goes for the floor, but they're not so obvious there. In any event I like the varied texture of the wall.

Looks like everyone is getting into the HP month fever eh? Pretty nice li'l vignette Masked! The textured wall looks good.

Nice vignette. The paneled wall with the different shades of brown looks nice. This is meant to be inside the Burrow, I presume? However, I can't help but feel that this is a rip-off of my Spell Practice vignette.

The only thing that you could improve on this is to replace Harry's cylinder body with differently colored studs. At this point, it looks like his whole body is blue. Perhaps you can do two blue studs and one black one to represent the black legs that he has in the burrows set.

He did this during the holidays while being underage? Oooh, someone is about to get some letters!

Aaah, A nice start to the Harry Potter month.

Personnaly I'm still waiting for a few MOC ideas ? Anyone ?

So, The Vignette, It is a great MOC, but it looks a little copied of the Oky Wan Kenobi's Spell Practise Indeed. Netherless, that doesn't take away the sweetness of the build. The Colors match nice and your mixture of brown turned out nice.

The Minifigs are a good choise, but Harry's shrincked body is a bit ugly. I guess you didn't have the Micro-Fig, but even if you did, then it would really be a rip-off of Oky Wan's creation.

Well, except for the LITTLE similiraty to the Spell Practice

It is a great addition to the Harry Potter Month

Yeah I liked yours Oky. I though mine was different enough though. I think that in The burrow would be accurate. I did try to multi-color Harry's body but I didn't like the way it looked.
