I need fasten something on turntable but Lego Technic turntable's are too big. I found this.

This is ideal but not available in my country. Do you have any idea what it replace?

I do not know how to solve it.

Try looking though these instructions, look for how the rear arm rotates and is fixed to the back via a turntabe. I hope this helps
