Taseden Posted November 29, 2010 Posted November 29, 2010 So I need to build the underside of a model but the grid hampers my view of it. I would just rotate the whole thing so it is megablocks end up but my LDD keeps "erasing" the model when it is fully highlighted and I try and move the thing. I have to re-open it for the model to come back. Any way to toggle the grid on/off? Thanks! Quote
Calabar Posted November 29, 2010 Posted November 29, 2010 I think it is not possible. However I usually rotate the whole model without problems. Try to reinstall LDD. Anther way could be to raise the model much over the grid, but I'm not sure that this would make the building process more comfortable. Quote

The underside of the grid is way to dark, and the stud outlines interfere with the underside of the bricks so you don't know which is which. About the the problem that LDD "ereases" the model, I'm not sure how you mean. Could be a a problem with the graphics card? Quote
