Veeb0rg Posted November 26, 2010 Posted November 26, 2010 I have always been a fan of Lego, I even managed to hang on to all my child hood Lego. I've been recently getting back into it thanks to my friends 9yr old son who is also a Lego maniac. I've been working on collecting the necessary bits to setup a nice Lego train/city layout, just this past week alone I spent over $400 though it wasn't a typical week. I've been looking for a local Lego group to catch up with, but the nearest one I've found is about an hour from me. I've been looking at various builds here and am amazed at the quality and the sheer genius of some of the builds. It has certainly come along way from when I was younger. I hope to learn new things and contribute in some small way. The only cure for the Lego addiction is more LEGO! Thanks! Quote

Veeb0rg Posted November 26, 2010 Author Posted November 26, 2010 Thanks everyone, I luckly found someone locally who was selling a 9v Cargo train set *4559* that came with a bunch of extra track/switches, the crane car *4552*, and track service truck *4541*, I rebuilt it and was hooked. I ran out and bought the Emerald Night. trying to get a small christmas theme setup going right now. The Lego itch has me firmly in its grasp. Quote
