lightningtiger Posted November 23, 2010 Posted November 23, 2010 It took only a few hours to create this, it will join the post office and hardware store with good old tech pins.....shortly I will post the three together in my new Mitre 10/Post Office posting. A photocopier is going next to the back of the ATM, plus somemore stickering (promo posters) - that will be tomorrow though. Comments welcome and keep on banking ! Quote
jonwil Posted November 23, 2010 Posted November 23, 2010 Great bank. Looks like its the sort of branch that was originally a branch of one of the many smaller banks the ANZ has swallowed up over the years. (as seen on the large display on the wall of the ANZ Banking Museum in Melbourne) Quote

All these little town buildings are really coming together nicely. I confess that when I first saw your stuff I thought it was a bit crude but your latest buildings capture both real life and LEGO life with a really successful balance. Will these be coming to Brickvention in January? Tim Edited November 23, 2010 by gambort Quote
lightningtiger Posted November 23, 2010 Author Posted November 23, 2010 Thanks 'jonwil', 'gambort' and 'bricked one' for all your kind words. I have to dig that photocopier out of one of my crates either tonight or tomorrow. Keep on banking ! Quote

lightningtiger Posted November 26, 2010 Author Posted November 26, 2010 Nice looking bank Lightningtiger! Love the safe and camera! Good job once more! Thanks 'sens1992' for your kind words, the camera is a black bad guy's cap and the safe or part of was from an Agents set and forms the back part of the atm. Keep on banking ! Quote

jonwil Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 Thanks 'jonwil'. Don't forget when you are planning your Holden dealership, don't forget merchandise (spare parts boxes) and interior signs too ! Brick On ! Due to where the Holden dealer is going to appear on the layout, I wont be doing any interior stickers, just the logo stickers. I do need to build some more Holdens though. So far I got a yellow SS UTE, a red Barina, a yellow Monaro and a white Colorado with a tan rear tray. I plan to build 1 or 2 Commodores, an Astra and another UTE (colors to be decided based on what parts I have). And maybe a Sportwagon also. I need more of the 6 x 4 car/truck roof pieces in the right colors (and more wheel arches in the right colors) Quote
CptMugwash Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 Hi LT, your bank is looking fab, good job I'm loving those little details, the atm machine, every bank needs one, the phone box, the camera, safe and photocopier and custom fig, it's all awesome Can't wait for more Quote

These vehicles you have built, 4 wide or 6 wide....you know the Commodores, etc., will need to be 6 wides....stickering body trim and logos will make the vehicles believable ! Oops, I forgot thank 'Cpt. Mugwash; for your kind words. Edited March 11, 2011 by lightningtiger Quote
