I don't think there is internet on a boat. :sceptic:

You don't need the internet to run LDD. Well except for their advertisement panel and checking for errors/buyability.

I do really hope they have a safe voyage and travel well. How big is the collection that is going over there?

Yes I hope they arrive safely too. Its a big collection which filled 5 40x40x60cm boxes

I know all about lego withdrawl i sold my entire collection over the summer for about $2700 dollars. Not only do i regret having to do it but the money i got from it went way too fast all i have now is LDD and MLCAD

Most off my lego collection is I NZ right now and I haven't seen it in 5 months :cry_sad: Though I do have what I bought in stores over here :classic:

Can I go pick it up?

But seriously why is it over here?

Total sympathy from me, 3 months is a long time. I know how you feel, having a hairline fracture and serious tendon damage in my left wrist at the moment, leaving me with one hand operational! This is even more frustrating considering I am off work, and have days of free time at my disposal! Anyway I'm half way through the plaster cast (not plaster anymore but this strange plastic mesh that hardens with water, but same result: no movement!) stage now though, so three weeks today it will be removed, and will start physiotherapy. I am thinking Lego will be a perfect way to get my movements back and exercise my hand!

As for Digital Lego Tools, both MLCAD and LDD are both good programs, I had never really bothered with LDD before but I am seeing the usefulness of it, as it displays the true connections. I am planning MOC's out in both of them, using the various advantages of both programs to different parts of the same design.

You're a New Zealander (of sorts)? Have you ever visited our Super Special EB Topic?

Have arrived at my new home and had an unexpected win. My wifes parents have given me thier sons lego collection to keep. Its been boxed up in an attic for 20 YEARS!!! Its a great collection of classic sets from the 80`s many of which I had wanted as a child.
