:pir-classic: Captains diary: Day 1.

A new sloop appeared in port this morn, Tis loadin up and looks to be heading out tomorrow on the change of tide, We'll follow her out to open water and take the booty......

Captains diary: Day 2

The lads have seen her in full sail headin' out of port early this very morn'.

"she's no normal cargo in there cap'n " one of the lads reported "she be sportin' cannons and looks as though they've gotten them selves some protection" .

The lads smelt of rum and loose women but I still take note when they speak of such things as loot of the unusual kind.

Captain diary: Day 3

We caught sight of her this afternoon on the horizon, a strange vessel indeed , small but very swift.

The lads were right this was no ordinary cargo, This ship sailed under the Kings flag yet strikes the jolly Roger.

These be privateers hired to do some smuggling for the Gov'ner , best Keep our heads on this one.

Captains diary: Day 14

We've been chasing this sloop for too many days the crew is getting restless....

Captains diary: Day 21

After weeks of cat and mouse we've caught her, I dare not fire cannons upon this little vessel in fear of sinking what ever it is on board.

So for now we bare our teeth and go GHAAARRRRR a lot.

Nice work!

It's good to see once in a while a trading vessel appear to compensate for the larger amount of 'warships' that are constructed with LEGO. I like the shape and colors of this ship.

I'm not so convinced of the steering wheel; I might have gone for a different one or many using a steering 'stick' (or whatever the right term).

And I like your harbor (and presentation skills) a lot!

Nice ships and nice story :pir-sweet:

It's funny to see the officer enjoying his victory while his arm's off :pir_laugh2:

I also like the overcrowded small vessel where everyone is standing on each other's head.

Very amusing, and good job on the ships (although I would put normal black bricks under the yellow slope instead of a 1x1 round brown brick)

I love it. The effect for the white water is so simple but really effective.

It looks like you are into story telling, and you're pretty good at it. You're also pretty good at MOC'ing. Put me down as a fan.

Cheers for the comments guys, this was my fist crack at a comic but the first of many ( once my port and flagship mocs finished)

I wish I could take credit for both ships but the large one is just a modded BSB thus my need to build a Blue coat flag ship.

another sloop is on the horizon and will be up in the form of a comic once complete.

I've changed the steering wheel on the "Twin Finn" and will post a pic soon.

I would love to take part in the next TOR as a blue coat of coarse what is need by me to participate?

All you need to do is wait for another contest to start :pir-classic: There isn't any TOR contest running at the moment, so there are no rules yet either.

There will very likely be another TOR in the future but it may take several months. The fact that you're a bluecoat is a very good case

he if your selling it sell it to me

max. bet: $20

Please don't place bids on all the MOC's here. He didn't even say they were for sale.

If you really want to buy a MOC: there's a special subforum for buying/selling here.
