Phantoka_Chirox Posted November 17, 2010 Posted November 17, 2010 I don't like the color scheme, but the design is awesome ! Quote
Aanchir Posted November 17, 2010 Posted November 17, 2010 The overall aesthetic is nice, but the shoulders are a bit boring. If it were an Inika torso, the lack of shoulder armor could work, but as it is the torso is completely flat on top and thus needs armor or something up there to add some dimension. You know, the way Von Nebula has, but probably not quite so muscular and over-the-top. The weapons are gorgeous-- granted, they were pretty awesome in the set to begin with, but you managed to expand them without removing their symmetry or stylish aesthetic. His color scheme works nicely for the most part, but it could stand to be more balanced. Specifically the center of his body (his torso, upper arms, and upper legs) are in need of some more yellow besides just his head and that vent on his back. Not sure what piece would do the trick, but perhaps you could solve this problem and the problem with his shoulders at the same time. Perhaps some of the yellow panels from Drop Ship would do the trick? That's the best I can come up with on a moment's notice, and if you have the set it might be worth a shot. Quote
vexorian Posted November 17, 2010 Posted November 17, 2010 Where did you get the yellow bionicle shields from? Peeron does not agree they exist. Quote

Unfortunately, most of my yellow pieces are either SYSTEM or they're TECHNIC beams. I don't have many yellow pieces that'd work well as armor, and I didn't want to use Keet since that would make the scheme worse. It'd be great if I had the Drop Ship, and I'd definitely find a use for those pieces. As far as i know, there is at least four on Toa Mata Nui and some on the Limited Edition version of Jetrax T6. I have the yellow Jetrax, which comes with three. Quote
