How to make this bit of stuff in LDD

FIrst of all, if there is a "how do I" thread for LDD, please point me there.

I'm putting together an official set from some scanned instructions online. I'm stuck at this one part. I can't find a brick in LDD for "Black Bracket 1 x 2 - 1 x 4 ". Any ideas how I can do this or use other parts to do it?

See step #8, the little break-out instructions part. It's the SNOT piece there that I'm tripped up on:

It's in the category represented by a sideays U clip. You can just type 2436 in the search bar and it will find it for you, and if for some reason that doesn't work try searching for "Angle Plate".
