"athcreart" posted several Modular structures (shown below) on his Brickshelf gallery, complete with the LDD .lxf files. He has several more Modular structures on the Lego DesignByMe Gallery anymore under his username "athcreart". :cry_happy: You could e-mail him for any "missing" .lxf files by looking for his e-mail address on the .TXT files loaded in the various Brickshelf subfolders. Here are only some of his wonderful creations (which he has shared):

Standard Modular Apartment Building: "Standard modular apartment building. Has stone and brick walkup and small backyard. FIRE ESCAPE AC units in windows Basement with PRESENTS. 2 and 3 floors are 16x16. Roof has HVAC equipment." modularapart01-01.png_thumb.jpg

Modular School: modularschool01-01.png_thumb.jpg

Apparently, lots of people have admired (and copied/modified) his work:

@Maltem: you must be psychic I think because I was thinking exactly the same thing !

@DLuders: thanks for the link ! Much appreciated !

@prateek: I'd love to see the LXF file for that house if possible. Or any other modular building that you'd like to share for that matter :classic: I'm only just starting with these (fantastic) modular buildings and I'd like to get some ideas before having a go at desiging one of my own. :sweet:

To anyone else reading this topic: LXF files for modular houses/hospitals/pubs/...: very much appreciated !
