MShiels Posted October 30, 2010 Author Posted October 30, 2010 Just how far away are you? I know around Christmas time, once stocks are low, we usually still have stock, and last year had people coming from Windsor, North Bay, pretty hefty distances for LEGO, but still within Ontario at least. Seeing the kids with Greg Hyland is a total hoot - the questions they ask about the figs/artwork are wild sometimes.

MShiels Posted October 30, 2010 Author Posted October 30, 2010 I'm in Scarborough. It sounds like a cool store. Is it like a toy warehouse? Well we are the only surviving LEGO only store in the GTA. We are in an industrial area/with large warehouse of ONLY LEGO, but are not an outlet/discount place. We just have a superb selection usually covering, the last 2-3, even more sometimes, years of LEGO stock. Star Wars covers a 8' tall by 12' or 16' wide I think!! Kids come in to see our store and the jaws just hit the floor, we have probably 30 sets of shelving 8' tall 3-4' wide with NOTHING BUT LEGO!
Big Cam Posted October 30, 2010 Posted October 30, 2010 Go get em Canadians! It's good to see some type of sale happening up north. I always feel bad when we gets specials and they are'nt in Canada.
def Posted October 30, 2010 Posted October 30, 2010 I'm in Scarborough. It sounds like a cool store. Is it like a toy warehouse? Take the bus man, Mississauga isn't Thunder Bay. Geez. I would visit, if you re-opened last year.
supersympa Posted November 1, 2010 Posted November 1, 2010 I wish i could visit...but difficult from Sweden ;) You have one of the most nicest collection! lots of sets i want! but with 25% tax when imported from Canada to Sweden...makes the deals more difficult! anyway, keep going!
prateek Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 (edited) Take the bus man, Mississauga isn't Thunder Bay. Geez. I would visit, if you re-opened last year. I would, if the bus fare wouldn't be $10 one way! Mind you I haven't taken the bus in over 4 years. Edited November 2, 2010 by prateek

It's quite a distance from Winnipeg!
