So is my first MOC completed. No excuses, but few explanations:

It is my first MOC since childhood and I have not very much Lego, especially not new bricks but I have for the first time a few new colors and new pieces. In my castle world, it is still 1984-85 and I have thought this could have been the sister-set for Guarded inn 6067. Larger MOCs will come when time and more pieces allow!

An important part of any medieval town and castle was the mill so the peasants were often customers to the miller.

This miller is everything but popular right now. The poor farmer is furious over the prices of flour. Although Miller tries to soften him up by offering a pint, the customer is not very happy.

The castle guard is not happy with life either. Instead of standing on the pass and look cool and scary, he has to help with the loading. He wanted to show how brave he was with his halberd, and as that was not enough, the miller insists that the guards duties includes keeping the ivy at bay. "Tomorrow I will request transfer to another watch" mumbles the guard.

Very nice! I really like the wheel you made for the mill! The story is funny too. Keep up the good work!

God Bless.

Welcome to Eurobricks!

A MOC is always a great way to introduce yourself, and the mill/tavern looks really good to me! Classic style!

Good luck setting up a nice collection, and I wish you all the best with MOC'ing! :classic:
