MOC: Two vehicles

Two new vehicles for my City. Hope you like it!

First, a "classic" blue VW van:

Secondly, a B&W Police car (7236's MOD in black):

I absolutely love that VW van. You really nailed the shape and dseign. The cop car to me is very similar to the officla LEGO one, but it does loog good in black.

Your surfer character is perect for that van. Awesome job, I really like it.

The VW van is very realistic and I think you got the front perfect. The shape of the van is good.

The Cop car is good but maybe you could have used a black roof piece

The police car looks fantastic in black. I agree with Big Cam that it bears a resemblance to the official one and I must also say that yours looks much cooler and more bada$$.

The randomness of the third pic was hilarious!

Adore the van some nice detail in there, looks like the real thing. Wish it was a set, so my City's beach could have one.

The van is, as everyone has said, very good. I like the details with the gas cap and door handles. I do think however that it looks a little short. Maybe one or two studs longer would have looked better.

The police car looks good too, but a little small on my taste (I'm not a great fan of 4-wide ).

Nice job 'Bluebard', the 6 wide VW van is very cool and with AWESOME detailing.

The police car is cool too, but those truck wheels are a bit much on it.

Now shouldn't the clean-up guy use a shovel, because man, that dog did a good load there eh ?

Yes, exactly. I'll try to take a shot of the interior.

At first I was going for a larger van as you propose but just one stud longer already looked too long for a VW van.

Cool van. I think you nailed the VW Bus in Lego.

The police car looks like it might part of the Los Angeles Police or California Highway Patrol. Here police car don't have black roof so that the car can be spotted from the air by helicopter.

Very nice vehicles BlueBard, the blue VW van looks really old-school and very cool, just perfect for the surfer dude. Nice touch on the minifig hand-door handle detail. The cop car looks good too. Great job overall! And the dog poop pic is simply hilarious!
