DLuders Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 On MOCpages, Filip Flejsierowicz just posted 6 pictures of his "4 door Ferrari. I took the Lego 8145 and stretched it. It is a 4 seater now and has loads of space inside." This MOC has room for FOUR Technic Figures! Quote
efferman Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 respect for the construction of these moc, but sorry........ i hope Ferrari is never bringing one like this on the road. it is the same asthetic misdoing like the Porsche Panamera Quote
DLuders Posted October 16, 2010 Author Posted October 16, 2010 (edited) There is a four-door Ferrari: "Since everyone else is getting in on the four-door supercar game, Ferrari might as well give one of its cars the taffy pull treatment. Rather than wait for one of the design houses classically associated with the Prancing Horse to apply masterstrokes of design, Russian enthusiast Krasnov Igor came up with his own quad portal thoroughbred. We're not thrilled with the results, but we'll bestow an A for effort. Looking like a Scaglietti that got tossed in the blender with an Elise's roof and a Lamborghini tail, the wheelbase and proportions just don't look quite right. Perhaps the Lambo tail is a nod to the car's intended role as a competitor to the Lamborghini Urus/Estoque/whatevertheywannacallit, but we're thinking that car's styling will be far more cohesive." DLuders Posted October 16, 2010 Author Posted October 16, 2010 As long as we are talking about S-T-R-E-T-C-H Ferraris, if you live in the UK, you can rent one of these for hire: http://www.limobroker.co.uk/ferrari-limo.htm Quote
TechnicJuan Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 Yeah, I am going to have to pass on this one. I am not a big fan of fans ruining what is already great model from TLC. Quote
Milan Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 Nice effort, but this car should not exist in a real world... Quote
Pauger Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 Should try buliding an aston martin rapide instead That car is just gorgeous Quote
bord4kop Posted October 17, 2010 Posted October 17, 2010 Although I like what he did, I do not like the car. Aesthetics are all wrong, It doesn 't look right. Sorry Quote
DLuders Posted October 17, 2010 Author Posted October 17, 2010 Maybe Mahjqa can make this Ferrari limousine in Lego bricks (from Uphaa): Quote
Blakbird Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Some things are too beautiful to be tampered with. The Ferrari is among them. I am entertained by stretched limousines, but only boring cars should be destroyed to make them. Quote
DLuders Posted October 26, 2010 Author Posted October 26, 2010 Hah! I knew somebody could make one -- "Ferrari 599 Limo" (from http://mocpages.com/moc.php/233202 ): Quote
Anio Posted October 26, 2010 Posted October 26, 2010 (edited) IMO, these long cars are very ugly, whatever they are real cars or Lego cars. Edited October 26, 2010 by Anio Quote
