On this Chinese blog, Johnny Tang posted 13 pictures of his Lego Wall-E robots. He's built it in five different sizes! The biggest one (Height 195mm, Weight 405g) is well done. Here is a rough Babelfish translation of the Chinese text into English:

"Wall-E modelling is very simple, but moves joint's arrangement to be very actually ingenious, therefore also places this aspect with emphasis, both eyes have the active joint, may make the expression, both hands breaks by twisting in hands may install in the both sides different position, imitates the work which in the play can skid to break by twisting in hands, foot department (caterpillar band) the connection supposes in the base, has the multiple joints to be able to make the large scale movement, acts as far as possible again each kind of lovable shape."

There are 10 pictures on his Brickshelf gallery. I can't cut/paste the Chinese blog's pictures here, but if you go here, you can see the five different sizes.
