My wife is going on a business trip to Minneapolis next week, and she has graciously offered to visit the LEGO Store in the Mall of America. She has asked me to put together a list of what parts I need.

What I'd like to know is whether the store there has Pick a Brick (I'm assuming it does, but it never hurts to ask), do they use the cups or is it baggies and a scale, and if there are any "exotic" parts available currently (anything beyond the expected plates and bricks)?

All help is appreciated.

I can confirm that the LEGO store at the Mall of America does have PAB, and that they use cups (big and small). It's been a couple weeks since I was there, but I remember there being some sort of green foliage, but its mostly just basic parts in different colors. If I stop by this weekend I will try and take note of what they have.

Thanks,

Thanks for the offer, but by the time you get back to me my wife will likely already have been there. I ehave the greatest need for basic pieces, anyway.

Thanks for the reply.
