Peppermint_M Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 Our Heroic party confronts their nemesi in an abandoned factory, unfortunately there is still a lot of untreated waste sloshing around the place. This is a small scene to showcase some of the figures I based on popular magitek games and to practice some more "dynamic" posing. There are two more planned scenes I wish to build and more characters to add. I wonder if you can guess my main inspiration? Quote
Big Cam Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 Awesome work. I love the transfer yellow usage. It reminds me of a scene from aliens or something. Your a great MOC builder. Quote
lightningtiger Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 Excellent design 'Janice_Mn' ! All that toxic waste.....reminds of Ben 10 Alien Force ! Those collectable figures are quite handy eh ? Keep on.....you know what I was going to write ? Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 Oohh, great scene Janice_M! The sloshing radioactive waste is very effectively done using the trans-light green pieces. The whole build really looks like a scene in a movie. Quote
Pulsy Posted October 17, 2010 Posted October 17, 2010 Nice little vignette here. I really like the sludge. The minifigures on top are posed awkwardly though. Quote
GMW79 Posted October 17, 2010 Posted October 17, 2010 The toxic waste pouring out of the hose is really excellent! Quote
The Yellow Brick Posted October 17, 2010 Posted October 17, 2010 The Toxic waste is just amazing , Another great Vig Peppermint_M Quote
Mrlegoninja Posted October 17, 2010 Posted October 17, 2010 Thats an excellent little vignette you got there. Quote
Legostein Posted October 17, 2010 Posted October 17, 2010 Hello! The stream of toxic waste is displayed in a very moving way. You can almost see and hear the bubbles and get a headache from the toxic vapours. I wonder who of the fighting guys will end up in the evil green stream? Cheers, ~ Christopher Quote
Peppermint_M Posted October 17, 2010 Author Posted October 17, 2010 The trans neon yellow gems made a really good effect, even if their "free radical" nature meant this vig has been a pain to move around! I was glad to have grabbed a few handfuls last time I was at the PaB. The stream was created using an Exo-Force fiber optic cable. Quote
