Jurgen, that videos you posted shows system called Combilift:

Very robust and compact container unload system . But quantity of pneumatic cyllinders in this system makes this very hard to build using lego with preserving correct scale

Yes, it would certainly be a big challenge to make such a system work well and look realistic in Lego. The fact that the trailer can extend and/or the lifting arms can be moved foreward/backwards makes it even more difficult. Maybe that's why I've never seen one in Lego yet.
