On Vimeo, Clark Wood posted his "Cutaway Lego Model of two-stroke diesel OPOC Engine." It was displayed at Seattle's BrickCon 2010 last weekend. "After learning about the OPOC engine being developed by http://www.ecomotors.com [where there is an animation], I wanted one of my own. I can't wait several years before this engine is available in a production car, so... I built my own! Actual engine is two-stroke diesel with electrically assisted turbo. Although I used castle corners and built octagonal pistons, the REAL engine has round pistons and cylinders ;-) "

On this webpage, there are four pictures and a link to the video below. "Grey ports are Intake; Black ports are exhaust; green tubes are diesel injection lines from fuel rail":
