I personally haven't. I'm just curious if any of you have. I did read the either Siegfried or Hinkley was to be in a commercial of some sort. Some info on the picture would be nice and not just "Yes I have!". If you can also post where you appeared and if you have a clip that'd be nice.

My wife did a local public service announcement for the free bus service on New Years Eve in 2007.

And I was in the background of a cable access commercial for the local McDonalds in highschool.

About 15 years ago when I was young and doing SCA heavy fighting, six of us were hired to do a "fight scene" for a locally produced kids show that was a cross between Doctor Who and The Lion the With and the Wardrobe. I was one of "King Arthur's Guards" who fought with Mordred's henchmen (or something like that.) I also served as the body double for the old witch who did not want to get close to the cliff overlooking a waterfall. The show was called Time Exposures and it was before digital video and YouTube. I am sure no one ever thought it worth the time to transfer to digital media. :hmpf:

Our local SCA group was also hired as extras in a local real estate company commercial. We reprised the fight scene in the background while "villagers" danced around the handsome real estate agent.

I was on a TV show called "ZVRK", on a National TV station, when I was 12.

And it was about LEGO!!!

There I was reviewing the mighty 8868! As well as showing my other MOCs, and explaining my hobby, how much time, money and dedication it requires...

The crew of three came to my home, with camera so big, and cool lights, that I was a little bit scared...but it all went well!

In a few days, I was a local hero, although Lego was poorly spread here.

Well I'm 27 and when I was about 11 or 12, I was in a commercial for the BNSF railroad about not going under trains as a shortcut. (My Dad is an engineer).

It was really corny and I have it on VHS at my parents house but I don't think I'll ever be loading that to the internet.

It was great because I got to miss half a day of school.

I do voice overs for movies. I did a few CDs and Video Games aswell.

A few I did are both Narnia films, and the next one, all the Harry Potters, Keeping Mum, Quantum Of Solace and a few others.

I was mainly only background voices, but in some of the films I was on set, and I'm listed on a few of the credits. :classic:

I have appeared in a movie once. At the end, there was actually my name in the credits, didnt expect that since my part was really short, in the actual movie it was like few seconds hehe. We were a band who just finished a performance and went offstage. I was the drummer.

Cool! :classic:

Also, guys, maybe a few film names would be nice so we know what you're talking about?

I can probably be seen in the crowd for the James May lego house build!

Same! But I watched it and couldn't see my table. I saw the table with the kid who built the cup instead of the bricks, it was about 3 tables away from me.

I'm not on any shows but my cousins who live in Hawaii were asked to be in LOST. It was the episode when they flashback to Iraq. One of them is a leader of a crowd and the other one is just a random civilian walking around in the market. My sister was on TV on Friday at a basketball game. She went to centre court during a timeout for something. It was pretty cool. And during that game, there was a guy that looked just like Santa Clause sitting a few rows away from us

I did some silly 10-minute quiz show as a kid once. I lost.

Also, I once attended the taping of a Dutch television program that had as guests two actors from 24 (Jean Smart and Gregory Itzin, to be exact). A call had gone out looking for 24-fans specifically. We ended up sitting in the front row. Which also means every time you have to applaud, you end up with a big old camera lens pointing your way. It was... awkward.

Then there was that time an extra in the Dutch soap ONM didn't turn up and I was asked to take his place. That has yet to air. I wouldn't mind getting cut though. I'm far better off staying with the electric department than getting my mug on TV.

No offence but I really don't believe that. Unless you "Seth Mcfarlene". Cause looking through the voice list of GTAIV and MGS4, I don't see the name "Seth" anywhere on the list?

I was an extra in the german movie "Schtonk". When I was a student, the movie company (Bavaria) was looking for extras for this movie which was filmed partially at Schloss Drachenburg in Könisgwinter near Bonn. That was actually quite fun to see how a movie is created, to see the main actors and to get even money for it!

The bad thing about the extras: You cannot see me in that movie. :cry_sad: But we made audio recordings as well (party background).

Last year me and my wife visited a famous german TV-show (guess which show!):

We were only visitors, but luckily we were placed next to the moderators head.

(My wife is on the left hand side of Mr. Jauch's head (red/white dress), me one person further (blue shirt, top of the candidate turning around).

It was a "Joke". But there was no Seth's in that list. So is it the truth?

Non main voice actors are rarely listed :cry_sad: so it could be true.

I guess. But there was a lot of people on the list, It seemed like they listed them all.

But no offense, I really couldn't imagine someone doing Reaper, Heroes and How I met your mother and then doing Voice overs for completely different games? Cause its a coincidence that Reaper, Heroes and How I met your mother are all shown on the channel E4, So I'm a bit wary whether his just listed his favorite shows.
