Does this part exist in LDD?

I'm new to LDD (I'm using Lego Universe mode i.e. with the expanded parts palettes). I'm building a Lego Technic model, and the instructions ask for the part in the attached image. I've looked through all the Technic palettes and I can't find the part anywhere. Does it exist in LDD?

No, but it can be easily substituted by making a similar piece out of other ones. I'll post one for you later.

No it doesn't. Yet, anyway. Might be added in LDD 4.0, but at this stage it's hard to tell.
