cant change my avatar

i cant seem to be able to change my avatar

i removed the old one and then uploded a new one but it keeps on showing the old one in new dimencions!

any idea why?

Are you using a URL or uploading from your PC? In either case ensure the filename is correct. Make sure to click the update button as it may take a while to refresh it.

Ya, that happens to me too! What I do is upload the picture in photobucket.com and then use the URL from there.

Had the same problem with uploading my picture from my harddrive during my latest ava-change. I repeated the procedure about 5 times and even deleted the old ava beforehand. It wouldn't work anyway, i.e. I was stuck with the old ava again.

Uploading to a webspace however and linking to the URL rendered the required result rapidly...

apurently my avatar has changed by itself 2 days after i had tried to change it! *wacko* *wacko*

seems like it takes a loooooooooot of time for technology to understand a simple commant!!
