DLuders Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Here's a video of trebbekechet's "Lego Rodeo" Mechanical Bull that "bucks" a Lego Technic Figure off of its back. A Mechanical Bull was featured in the 1980 John Travolta movie, "Urban Cowboy". The random twisting and bucking action will send you to the chiropractor! Quote
dolittle Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Hi, That is both practical and funny :) Practical => that multi direction movement is very interesting, could you provide a diagram for the hinges and cogs used? Funny => he wasn't too good at it, I think some secret sauce (super glue) would have made him a much better player at this game :) Thanks, Noam Quote
CP5670 Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 This model is not a MOC, but is from the 8891 idea book. It's quite funny to watch in action. Quote
DLuders Posted September 18, 2010 Author Posted September 18, 2010 Oh, I didn't know that! The 8888, 8889, 8890, and 8891 Lego Technic Idea Books have a lot of fun items! Quote
Mrlegoninja Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 OUCH! I think he was riding the wrong way. Quote
DLuders Posted November 20, 2010 Author Posted November 20, 2010 (edited) Jovel/ Jovlem posted a of his Lego Rodeo Ride made with Technic pieces. Oh his Flickr photostream, he wrote that "It uses two motors for speed control, one for turning. Can you beat it?" Edited November 20, 2010 by DLuders Quote
