They said is an official merchandise released by Lego Group...is that true?

I don't understand why Lego Group released a sweter with an Ironhook image, and named it Cap'n Roger...so i guess is a fanwork...but i'd like to assure

Actually that is Captain Roger, Redbeard had a different torso and legs. And yes, it is an offical Pirate lego jumper, scroll down whi this link and you will find it out

Roger and Redbeard are the same pirate.

Roger is the european name(except to in Germany, who is Captain Knoest), and Redbeard is the USA name...so saying "Actually that is Captain Roger, Redbeard had a different torso and legs" is wrong

That's the reason i don't understand why LEGO Group released a sweter with an Ironhook pic, and named it Captain Roger...so is hard for me to believe is an official product
